For this Visual Communications project, I created a brand identity, logo and promotional campaign to pitch to Children's Health QLD for their event - Dream Big Week.
For this assignment I conducted an analysis on the existing branding and style guide for Children's Health Queensland. Over the course of the semester I first developed a logo to accompany the upcoming Dream Big Week event, and later, a campaign proposal including marketing tools and mockups. This involved the development of keywords and user personas, identifying key target audience and stakeholders, and conducting in-depth research into existing brands, styles and inspirations. The resulting logo was the bright, bubbly 'BIG' font which aimed to elicit a positive and inspiring emotional response, as well as being fun, approachable and in line with existing colour-ways and branding.
